5K Run

Starting in the NCHS parking lot, runners will head to the back of the lot and turn left towards the football field. 2/3 of the way down the bus parking lot, turn right onto the trail. You follow it to the end and then turn left to the end (Farm Road) turn left and then left again into the Bus Parking Lot and then turn left again onto the trail. When you get to the end of this portion of the trail you now turn right and follow the trial along South Avenue, the Merrit Parkway and Lapham Rd. You will vear left off the path towards the dog park and town swimming pool, following the drive to the Lapham Community Center and head back to the NCHS parking lot to the finish.
